Arrests 4/8- 4/15/22:

On 4/8/22 around 1140 hours, Nelson A. Allen, 40, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree stemming from an incident of a damaged ankle monitor on 2/12/22. Nelson was fingerprinted and photographed at OCJ as he was already being held there on separate charges. Nelson is scheduled to appear in Oswego County CAP Court on 4/22/22.

On 4/11/22 around 1807 hours, Joshua A. Caufield, 33, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree following a suspicious person/ trespassing complaint in the Town of Volney. Caufield was subsequently arrested on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Oswego City Court. Caufield was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

Subsequently in the same incident, Dakota C. West, 19, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. West was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 4/8/22 around 1337 hours, Joshua J. Douglas, 33, was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of the Village of Central Square Court. Douglas was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 4/12/22 around 1122 hours, Ronald L. Drake, 52, was charged with Compounding a Crime and Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree following the investigation of a violation of an order of protection. Drake was held in CAP court awaiting arraignment.

On 4/10/22 around 1819 hours, Scott R. Ellison, 50, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree: Prevent Emergency Call, Menacing in the 3rd degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree: Intent to Damage Property following a reported domestic in progress in the Village of Mexico. Ellison was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 4/8/22 around 2349 hours, Luis D. Feliciano, 30, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree following a harassment complaint in the Town of Hannibal. Feliciano was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 4/8/22 around 1641 hours, Shane M. Gibson, 27 was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo Court. Gibson was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 4/10/22 around 1009 hours, James M. Gleason, 30, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following a domestic complaint in the Village of Pulaski. Gleason was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 4/13/22 around 2120 hours, Charles E. Martin III, 37, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree and Harassment in the 2nd degree following a domestic dispute in the Town of Sandy Creek. Martin was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 4/13/22 around 1620 hours, Kaitlyn L. Schulz, 29, was charged with Petit Larceny following an incident at Wal-Mart in the Town of Granby. Schulz was released with an appearance ticket, returnable to the Oswego County CAP Court on 4/27/22.

On 4/10/22 around 1245 hours, Jessie L. Thomas Jr., 24, was charged with Menacing in the 3rd degree following a domestic dispute in the Town of Scriba. Thomas was held to await arraignment in Oswego County CAP Court.
