The Center for International Services at Syracuse University is organizing the fifth annual International Festival, scheduled for Sunday, April 6, from 2 to 5 p.m. The event will take place in the Goldstein Auditorium at the Schine Student Center.

This festival is a joint effort between the Center for International Services and various registered student organizations (RSOs) on campus. It aims to celebrate the diverse global communities that are part of Syracuse University. Attendees can expect a range of food, cultural exhibits, artistic presentations, and performances representing different cultures.

“The International Festival creates an opportunity for our campus community to connect with student organizations, build intercultural understanding, learn more about the cultural traditions of the student organizations participating and celebrate our student body,” stated Juan Tavares, director of the Center for International Services. “The students have put a lot of work into preparing for the festival and we are looking forward to a great event.”

The RSOs participating in this year's festival include:

- African Student Union

- Chinese United Student and Scholar Association

- Desi Performance

- European Student Association

- Filipino Student Association

- Haitian American Student Association

- Iranian Student Association

- La L.U.C.H.A.
