Syracuse University is gearing up for its annual Giving Day, a campus-wide event designed to unite the Orange community in support of various initiatives. The event is scheduled to take place on March 21, 2025, and promises a day filled with activities aimed at fostering engagement and contributions.

The Schine Student Center will serve as the hub for several activities from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., offering free food, games, and giveaways. Participants can engage in friendly competitions such as ring toss and enjoy post-lunch treats while collecting exclusive Orange-themed merchandise.

Additionally, the Student Organization Showcase will be held at the same venue from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the efforts of over 30 student organizations. By visiting these showcases, participants can help these groups earn additional challenge dollars that contribute towards their projects.

A significant feature of Giving Day is the "Orange Impact Livestream," available every hour from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on givingday.syr.edu. These live shows will highlight the achievements of Syracuse University students, faculty, and staff members, showcasing their contributions and accomplishments throughout the day.

Giving Day emphasizes that every contribution counts toward making a difference on campus. Whether donations are $5 or $500, each dollar supports meaningful areas within the university and unlocks challenge dollars to enhance impact further.

The event underscores Syracuse University's commitment to demonstrating what can be achieved when the Orange community comes together in collective effort.
