City of Syracuse administrative offices will be closed on Monday, January 20, in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. As a result, trash and recycling pickup will be postponed by one day for the entire week.

Additionally, the yard waste drop-off site at the Department of Public Works, located at 1200 Canal St. Ext., will not be accessible to the public on that day. Residents needing emergency public works services can report issues by calling (315) 448-8360.

While Cityline offices will not be taking calls during this closure, residents can still submit service requests through the SYRCityline app or online at syr.gov/cityline.
