Syracuse University Libraries is currently conducting two surveys to gather feedback on the resources and services they offer. One survey targets students, while the other is directed at faculty and staff. These surveys, which were launched on January 15, will be available until February 10.

The purpose of these surveys is to compare current perceptions with those gathered in 2020 when similar surveys were conducted. Each survey takes approximately ten minutes to complete and aims to assess the university community's perception of the value provided by the Libraries' resources and services. Participants are also encouraged to provide open-ended responses about how the Libraries can better meet their evolving needs.

The information collected from these surveys will be shared with the Libraries' leadership and staff, contributing to strategic planning.
