Happy Earth Day!
Our department, working with Oswego City Police and Fulton Police are about to begin a third consecutive Regional Police Academy to begin Monday 4/25.
We will have 9 different agencies sending new recruits to begin their career as law enforcement officers.
As part of our Regional Police Academy we instill in all members to make a positive difference each day in their communities as all people should. This week we had recruits from the Oswego County Sheriffs Office and Oswego City Police do just that!
They cleaned up local cemeteries and straightened out Veteran Memorials for all those that served us to bring us what we have today. They also worked helping a not for profit farm that rehabilitates horse clean up. Each member was also tasked with doing community service on their own and completing reports on this to work on documenting their activities.
