Cost of college went up for all students at Cazenovia College

Tuition and fees rose 2.9 percent for 2018-19 at Cazenovia College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $34,630 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $974 more than the $33,656 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 166 students received grants or scholarships totaling $5.2 million and 145 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.1 million.

Including all undergraduates (870), 736 students used grants or scholarships totaling $19.8 million, and 693 students took out $7.1 million in federal student loans.
