The City of Syracuse Department of Water is addressing issues with low water pressure affecting high-elevation areas and high-rise buildings. The department is actively investigating potential sources of water loss within the system. Residents are encouraged to report any signs of possible leaks, such as water surfacing from beneath roads or on private properties.

To alleviate the situation, the department is working to increase the water supply to the city, which should help boost pressure in affected locations. Those wishing to report incidents can contact the Water Department at 315-448-8360.
