Crouse Health has announced the appointment of Vicki Brackens, CHFC, to its Board of Directors. Patrick A. Mannion, Chair of the Crouse Health Board, shared the news.

Brackens is the President of Brackens Financial Solutions Network and brings over 30 years of experience in financial education and services. She was a co-host on Financial Fitness for WCNY, a PBS affiliate in Syracuse, and currently provides strategic financial advice on Inspiration for the Nation with George Kilpatrick.

Her community involvement includes serving on boards and committees such as the Central New York Community Foundation and the Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science and Technology. Additionally, she holds positions with The Raymond von Dran IDEA Board of Advisors (RvD IDEA) and the Syracuse Area Salvation Army Advisory Board. Brackens also serves as Investment Committee Chair at CenterState CEO and is a member of Iota Nu Omega Chapter, Syracuse Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

In 2020, Brackens co-founded Heritage Financial Partners to promote diversity within financial services by supporting African American and Latino advisors through affiliation under one entity.

The organization's governance is managed by a board consisting of 17 local leaders. Recently named 'Business of the Year' by CenterStateCEO in 2024, Crouse Health continues its focus on community service.
