Catherine Gridley joins Crouse Health Board bringing extensive aerospace expertise

Crouse Health has announced the appointment of Catherine Gridley to its Board of Directors. Patrick Mannion, Chair of the Board, shared the news, highlighting Gridley's extensive experience in global leadership within defense and commercial industries.

Gridley currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and President of the Aerospace and Defense Sector at TTM Technologies, a company with a notable presence in Syracuse. Her previous roles include Vice President and General Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where she led a $1.3 billion division with over 5,000 employees worldwide. She has also worked in leadership positions at GE Aviation, Goodrich, and TRW.

"Cathie is an accomplished, highly regarded leader with over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Her strategic vision, combined with her operational expertise, has driven significant advancements and growth in each role she has undertaken and we are pleased to welcome her to the Crouse board," said Mannion.

Gridley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ithaca College and an MBA from Binghamton University. Originally from upstate New York, she has lived in various cities across the U.S. and U.K., now residing in Central New York with her husband.

Crouse Health is recognized as the only locally governed community hospital system in Central New York. It operates 507 beds with more than 800 physicians and 3,500 employees across multiple locations. The organization is overseen by a Board of Directors consisting of 17 local community leaders. In 2024, Crouse Health was named 'Business of the Year' by CenterStateCEO.
