Arrests 6/17-6/24/22:

On 6/21/22 around 222 hours, Richard W. Champion, 38, was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd degree following the investigation of a traffic stop conducted on Co Rt 4 in the Town of Volney. Champion is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 7/5/22.

On 6/23/22 around 1408 hours, Jamie M. Cocopoti, 37, was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Cocopoti was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 6/22/22 around 1305 hours, Myles B. Dayger, III, 33, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish Court. Dayger was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 6/21/22 around 1842 hours, Justin R. Hoey, 45, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, and Criminal Possession of Narcotic Equipment; Scales following an investigation into a traffic stop conducted on West Broadway Street in the City of Fulton. Hoey was released on an appearance ticket for the same returnable to the City of Fulton Court on 7/14/22.

On 6/22/22 around 1319 hours, Benjamin R. Holbrook, Jr, 19, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba Court. Benjamin was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 6/17/22 around 2020 hours, Michele E. Hopkins, 21, and James R. Wilcox, 33, were charged with Petit Larceny following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Lester Rd in the Town of Orwell. Subsequently, Hopkins was issued four UTT’S and Wilcox was issued five UTT’s as a result. Hopkins and Wilcox are scheduled to appear in the Town of Orwell Court on 7/6/22.

On 6/23/22 around 1802 hours, William H. Horning, 27, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Central Square Justice Court, as well as Resisting Arrest. Horning was escorted to the Oswego County CAP Court for arraignment on the charges in addition to other various felony/misdemeanor charges from separate complaints.

On 6/23/22 around 2200 hours, William H. Horning, 27, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd degree following a reported failure to comply where the suspect led law enforcement on a high-speed pursuit through the Village of Mexico on 6/6/22. Subsequently, Horning was charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree following a reported stolen UHAUL incident on 5/23/22. Horning was held to await arraignment on all charges.

On 6/17/22 around 1517 hours, Shane A. Kent, 36, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Palermo Court. Shane was held await arrangement in CAP Court.

On 6/20/22 around 2224 hours, Mathew T. Pluff, 35, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Scriba Court. Pluff was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 6/18/22 around 1916 hours, Joshua M. Salisbury, 35, was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd degree following the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Scriba. Salisbury was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Oswego County CAP Court on 7/2/22.

On 6/22/22 around 0846 hours, Sean M. Smith, 55, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Sean was arraigned at Oswego County Family Court.
