Some things to focus on for self-care:
Don't feel guilty about taking time to focus on yourself
Do things you love
Talk about your feelings
Exercise regularly
Listen to the music that you like
Practice meditation and relaxation
Avoid negative people and/or situations that could be negative
Spend time with the people that you love
Engage in community and family activities that you enjoy most
Rest if you need it
