Madison County NY Government - National Mental Health Month

May is National Mental Health Month and is dedicated to raising awareness on the mental health and well-being of Americans. Each year, millions of people in the US are affected by mental illness with 50% of all lifetime mental illness beginning by age 14 and 75% beginning by age 24. 

The Madison County Mental Health Department Clinics are now open for walk-ins for new clients, Monday through Thursday, 8am to 3pm. No need to call ahead.  

If you are unable to come to the clinic during these hours, please call the 24-hours a day crisis line at (315) 366-2327.
