Census Bureau: More men than women in Cleveland in 2020

Of the 814 people living in Cleveland in 2020, 44.1 percent (359) were women and 55.9 percent (455) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Syracuse Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 72. In the 65 and over age range, there were 46 females and 32 males.
