Of the 4,456 people living in Manlius in 2020, 53.5 percent (2,383) were women and 46.5 percent (2,073) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Syracuse Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 153. In the 65 and over age range, there were 599 females and 362 males.
