Of the 6,737 people living in North Syracuse in 2020, 50.4 percent (3,395) were women and 49.6 percent (3,342) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Syracuse Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 140. In the 65 and over age range, there were 771 females and 482 males.
