Of the 500 people living in Madison in 2019, 45.8 percent (229) were women and 54.2 percent (271) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Syracuse Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 146-to-115. In the 65 and over age range, there were 50 females and 38 males.
