Census Bureau: More men than women in Phoenix in 2019

Of the 2,471 people living in Phoenix in 2019, 49.2 percent (1,215) were women and 50.8 percent (1,256) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Syracuse Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 808-to-799. In the 65 and over age range, there were 160 females and 122 males.
