Syracuse University has announced the availability of its faculty experts for interviews concerning recent developments involving Iran and their broader implications. The experts can provide insights into how these events may affect Israel, the United States, China, Russia, and global supply chains.
Retired Vice Admiral Robert Murrett is a professor at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He also serves as the deputy director of the university’s Institute for Security Policy and Law. His expertise includes national security, international relations, military and defense strategy, and leadership.
Sean McFate is an adjunct professor at the same institution and a former Army veteran. He specializes in 21st-century warfare and evolving international relations.
Osamah Khalil is a history professor at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School with expertise in U.S. foreign relations, modern Middle East affairs, the Cold War era, and the Arab-Israeli conflict.
Tetiana Hranchak is a visiting research scholar from Ukraine at the Moynihan Institute of Global Affairs within Syracuse University.
