Syracuse University has completed its transition to a new provider for vending and office refreshment services. The change, first announced in May, brings Servomation, a company based in Central New York, into operation of all campus vending equipment.

Servomation is installing new machines across the university, a process expected to finish by the end of August. Most machines will continue to stock snacks, candy, and Coca-Cola beverages as part of a new partnership with The Coca-Cola Company. According to the university, Servomation uses real-time sales data to adjust product offerings based on community preferences.

Some locations will receive machines with fresh food options at different price points. These are intended for areas where other dining choices are limited.

The company has also pledged improved customer service. For any issues related to products, machine malfunctions or refunds, individuals can contact Servomation at 315.875.5265 or service@servomation.com. This contact information is displayed on all vending machines.

The transition also includes changes to the former Office Coffee Service program, now called the Office Refreshment Program. As of August 14, Servomation provides not only coffee and brewing equipment but also snacks, compostable utensils and paper products, along with Coca-Cola brand beverages. Additional products are expected to be introduced in the coming weeks.

Orders for office refreshments can be placed through a new website, cusecoffee.com, which requires users’ Syracuse University NetID and procurement card for payment. Customers who previously used the Office Coffee Service will receive detailed ordering instructions via email.

Existing coffee and water equipment should be retained; if repairs are needed, customers are instructed to contact Servomation using the provided phone number or email address. When replacement is necessary, new equipment options will be available from Servomation.

Questions about delivery and orders can be directed to orders@servomation.com or 315.875.5265.
