The City of Syracuse Department of Water is addressing a water main break on East Washington Street. The repair work will cause disruptions in water service for local households and businesses until late the following morning.

Road closures have been implemented as part of the repair efforts. Specifically, East Washington Street between South Warren Street and South Salina Street, along with South Warren Street from East Fayette Street to East Washington Street, are closed to vehicular traffic. However, sidewalks remain accessible, and detours are available for affected routes.
