Forty-four graduate students from 20 countries attended the Fulbright Pre-Academic Program at Syracuse University’s English Language Institute this summer. The program, which lasted four weeks, included workshops, field trips, and courses in textual and oral communication. These students will soon begin their degree programs at various institutions across the United States.

"We want to know how you experience Syracuse University," a representative stated. The university encourages students to take photos and share them. Selected photos are featured in Syracuse University News. Submissions can be sent directly to newsphoto@syr.edu.

New students moved into residence halls with assistance from Orientation Leaders, volunteers, and the Goon Squad. "Campus is full of life again as students return for the start of Welcome Week," said an observer.
