Of the 118,019 citizens living in Oswego County in 2021, 78.9% were old enough to vote, equating to 93,113 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 46,401 were male, constituting 49.8%, and 46,712 were female, making up 50.2%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Oswego County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 79%.
