Of the 1,933 people living in Central Square in 2019, 56 percent (1,083) were women and 44 percent (850) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Syracuse Sun.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 626-to-490. In the 65 and over age range, there were 270 females and 158 males.
