Crouse Health, based in Syracuse, NY, has been recognized as one of the nation’s top 40 “most trusted” healthcare brands. This recognition comes from Monigle’s Humanizing Brand Experience, Vol 8 report. Monigle is a brand consultancy located in Denver.

The report ranks Crouse Health at #37 out of 213 health systems and hospitals across the country for 2025. This marks an improvement from its previous rank of #65 in the 2024 report. The annual study collects insights from over 27,000 household healthcare decision-makers and evaluates more than 200 brands nationwide.

Crouse Health stands out as the only healthcare system in Central New York to be included on this list. Seth Kronenberg, MD, President and CEO of Crouse Health stated: “I thank each and every member of the Crouse family for making this recognition possible. Their commitment to making every moment matter continues to reinforce our culture and the trust our community places in us. This recognition is a testament to their hard work and dedication to our patients.”

Crouse Health has a long history dating back to 1887 and remains independent with local governance in Syracuse. It is licensed for 506 acute-care adult beds and serves thousands of patients annually across Central and Northern New York.
