Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay recently met with U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York, John Sarcone III, at the State Capitol. Sarcone was nominated by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi earlier this year and is currently awaiting confirmation from the U.S. Senate.
Sarcone holds the position of chief federal law officer, overseeing all federal criminal prosecution and civil litigation in the Northern District, which includes 32 counties in New York.
