Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay participated in the grand opening of Friends of Recovery Oswego County’s new Recovery Community Outreach Center. The center is located at 808 W. Broadway in Fulton and aims to support recovery services for residents affected by substance use disorders and addictions.

Leader Barclay presented an Assembly citation to Teresa Woolson, founder and board member of Friends of Recovery Oswego County. The citation acknowledges her commitment, stating, “the dedication and passion that Teresa Woolson and her partners have shown is providing an invaluable service to our community to help improve the quality of life for individuals in Oswego County.”
