Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay was recognized at a ceremony held at Upstate Medical University. He received the Upstate Medical University Award for Exemplary Service for his support and dedication to the institution. The event took place at Weiskotten Hall Auditorium in Syracuse.

The award presentation included university leadership, colleagues, guests, and family members. It featured a formal proclamation and a commemorative medal honoring Leader Barclay’s contributions.

“It is an honor to receive this award from an institution that plays such a vital role in our region,” said Leader Barclay. “Upstate Medical University is a key partner in improving health outcomes across Central New York. I’m grateful for the chance to support its work as it continues to make a difference in our communities.”
